Living Clean and Sober
Living a clean and sober life sometimes is a very difficult thing for those that are addicted to alcohol and haven't seen sobriety in their life for sometime. I for one, have missed out on many years of clean and sober living, but it doesn't have to be that way forever. It is up to all of us that are addicted to alcohol to make that life style turn around to be a clean and sober life again.
How to live a clean and sober life can be very easy if you put your mind to making that huge change in your life. Some of us are very content with the life of addiction and don't want to make our life a better one, but then there are those that long for sobriety and want to make that change, but they have no idea where to start. These people need to first admit that they have an addiction to alcohol and want the help to get them clean and sober.
If I knew that being clean and sober was so great I would of tried to become sober many years ago, but that is in the past and now I must work on the now and my future just as you should and try your very hardest to find your sobriety again.
Sobriety is a wonderful thing and you should never be afraid to go after what is rightfully yours, and that is a clean and sober life living with sobriety.
I realize how hard it is to stop drinking alcohol because I was once in that boat, the boat that was almost ready to sink. As your boat may be ready to sink you the alcoholic do not have to go down with the ship as they say. You can save yourself in many ways just by surrendering to your alcohol addiction and start to live clean and sober.

You would be surprised how much fun you can have being clean and sober. I never thought I could have any fun being sober, but I was dead wrong and learned that sobriety and being clean and sober is more fun than any drunk or high in the world. The best thing about that is, that you remember everything you did to have that fun all being sober.
I remember all so many times laughing at the people that didn't drink alcohol and always wondered, " how in the world can they have any fun at all being sober?" I look back at those times and think how horrible I was to even think such a thing and make fun of those that were clean and sober. Now look, I am one of those people that don't drink and I'm having more fun than ever and I remember ever second of my day and evening and wake up feeling great, healthy and refreshed each and everyday of my life now.
Living life sober is a wonderful thing and the best part of it all is that your body is now thanking you for giving it a second chance at a clean and sober life.
The way I found that helped the most in my sobriety is that I changed my outlook on life from being negative to now thinking positive in everything I do in life, in which, my positive attitude helped me and still helps me to stay clean and sober. You would be surprised of just how your mind can make you change you life style and your life, only if you give your mind a fair chance at helping change your life.
Everyday that you are clean and sober is a little easier to deal with the absence of alcohol in your body. Sure it takes hard work and determination to get clean and sober, but the final outcome is remarkable and every bit of that hard work will pay off in the end, not only for the alcoholic, but their families and friends as well.
So, if you have decided you want a better life for yourself and get out of your addiction to alcohol, just make your mind up and stick to your decision to become clean and sober and with that positive attitude and believing in yourself you will be on your way to recovery.

So don't be ashamed or embarrassed of your alcohol addiction by hiding it. Ask for the help you need to change your life around and get clean and sober and when you ask there will be many people out there to help you achieve you goal of sobriety.
